About the firm

E&S Law Firm is based in Łódź and has been operating since 2005. The firm is formed by advocate (adwokat) Magdalena Eckersdorf and attorney-at-law (radca prawny) Marta Siewiera-Misiuda, together with a team of associates. The team built by the firm specialises in providing legal services to Polish and foreign clients in the fields of civil, commercial and administrative law.
A separate department of the firm deals with motor insurance law, including representation in claims handling proceedings and court proceedings in compensation cases, as well as in criminal and petty offence proceedings concerning road traffic incidents.

Magdalena Eckersdorf
advocate (adwokat) · since 2005I am a German-speaking advocate specialising in Polish-German and cross-border civil law matters, in particular motor insurance law, real estate law and inheritance law. Since 2005, I have represented individual clients and businesses from Poland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Marta Siewiera-Misiuda
attorney-at-law (radca prawny) · since 2004A law graduate of the University of Łódź. She specialises in commercial law, motor insurance, intellectual property and the recovery of lost real estate. She runs training courses for businesses.
Ziemowit Woźniak
advocate (adwokat) · since 2019He specialises in insurance law, in particular in cases concerning motor vehicle damage and damage sustained abroad, including cases requiring the application of foreign law. He completed his advocate traineeship under the supervision of advocate Magdalena Eckersdorf.
