About the firm

E&S Law Firm has been operating in Łódź since 2005, serving private individuals, businesses, foundations, associations and local government units. We work in Polish, German, English and French – for clients from Poland and abroad.

Who we are

E&S Law Firm – in Łódź since 2005

E&S Law Firm is based in Łódź and has been operating since 2005. The firm is formed by advocate (adwokat) Magdalena Eckersdorf and attorney-at-law (radca prawny) Marta Siewiera-Misiuda, together with a team of associates. The team built by the firm specialises in providing legal services to Polish and foreign clients in the fields of civil, commercial and administrative law.

A separate department of the firm deals with motor insurance law, including representation in claims handling proceedings and court proceedings in compensation cases, as well as in criminal and petty offence proceedings concerning road traffic incidents.

The legal services provided by the firm are addressed both to individual clients and to businesses, foundations, associations and local government units.

Within its areas of specialisation, the firm cooperates with legal expenses insurers from the European Union. Owing to its extensive international contacts, the firm works with foreign law firms in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The firm also provides legal services in German, English and French.

In its relations with clients, the firm’s priorities are constant availability, speed of service and high quality.

Key dates

2004
Marta Siewiera-Misiuda qualifies as an attorney-at-law.
2005
Magdalena Eckersdorf becomes an advocate. E&S Law Firm is founded in Łódź.
2007
Cooperation with Robert Alexander Geyer begins – services for German-speaking clients.
2016
Ziemowit Woźniak begins his advocate traineeship at the Łódź Regional Bar Council under the supervision of advocate Magdalena Eckersdorf.
2019
Ziemowit Woźniak passes the bar examination and obtains the title of advocate.
2020
Paulina Głębska joins the E&S Law Firm team.

We work with law firms in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and with legal expenses insurers from the European Union. We handle the recovery of claims in Poland and in German-speaking countries.
